Approval of the reappointment of Valerie Hibbard as an alternate member of the Local Planning Agency. The term of office shall be four years.

Background Information:

The duties of the Local Planning Agency (LPA) involve preparing the Pinellas County Comprehensive Plan and Plan amendments and making recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) regarding the adoption and amendment of such Plan.

The LPA also reviews and makes recommendations to the BCC regarding land development regulations and amendments, proposed land use and/or zoning changes, proposed or amended development agreements, and Type 3 Use requests based on their consistency with the Comprehensive Plan.
