Background Information:
Health Facilities Authority is a conduit financing authority that issues revenue bonds for non-profit health care facilities, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and hospice facilities. It is a 5 member committee, and applicants must be registered to vote in Pinellas County, and be knowledgeable of the health care field, bond financing, and a business, accounting or legal background is a plus. Appointments are 4 year terms.
