Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority:
1. Adopt a resolution accepting the amended Countywide Plan Map.
2. Direct its filing with the clerk as the official record copy.
• This action is taken annually to incorporate all the amendments made to the Countywide Plan Map throughout the year.
• An official record copy of the Countywide Plan Map for FY18 is created.
• Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each unanimously voted to recommend acceptance and filing of the Countywide Plan Map.

Summary:
The Countywide Rules provide for the annual update and filing of the Countywide Plan Map, which is maintained by Forward Pinellas. The Map has been updated to include all the amendments that have been approved by the Countywide Planning Authority through August 7, 2018.
Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 11-0 to transmit this item via Forward Pinellas Resolution No. 18-5 and recommended acceptance and filing. The Planners Advisory Committee recommended acceptance by a vote of 9-0.
