Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, accept the Countywide Plan Map adjustment submitted by Pinellas County.
• Pinellas County is seeking to adjust the boundary lines between the Preservation and Office categories based on a wetland determination and recorded conservation easements.
• The adjustment involves approximately five acres located at 3720 and 3730 Tampa Road, with 2.3 of the five acres changing from Office to Preservation.
• The Countywide Rules allow for these minor adjustments when the adjustment involves Preservation and/or Recreation/Open Space.
• Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each unanimously recommended approval of this map adjustment.

Summary:
