Background Information:
The Feather Sound Community Services District (FSCSD), Inc. is a non-profit corporation that is contracted by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) to administer and operate business affairs of the Feather Sound Municipal Services Taxing Unit. The FSCSD board is composed of seven volunteer members from the Feather Sound community appointed by the BCC. Each member serves for one year from January 1st to December 31st.
