Summary:

This action is the result of multiple local ordinance violations occurring on six (6) parcels located in unincorporated Clearwater.  Mr. Nguyen was found guilty of ordinance violations on five (5) of the six (6) properties on August 24, 2018, and a subsequent inspection showed that the violations have not been remedied.  Mr. Nguyen has been afforded the opportunity to come into compliance with the Pinellas County Code but has failed to do so.                                                                     

This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
