The project area in question involves land located at 1895 Virginia Avenue totaling 0.405 acre. The map adjustment request includes the adjustment of the boundary lines between the Preservation and Residential Low Medium categories per the boundary and topographic survey.
Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 11-0 to recommend official acceptance of the map adjustment and staff concurs with this recommendation. The Planners Advisory Committee recommended official acceptance of this map adjustment by a vote of 11-0.
