Summary:
Title
One of the projects to be carried out under the County’s Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2019 (FY18/19) is the funding of POC for its Chore Services Program. This agreement will provide funding for operating expenses, including rent, insurance and program delivery salaries for the Chore Services Program, which provides heavy household cleaning, yardwork and minor repair services, benefitting approximately 38 individuals who are 60 years of age or older.
The SPA is effective for one (1) year, from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019.

In accordance with the adopted Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan, it is necessary to enter into Specific Performance Agreements with qualified agencies to allow for certain activities stated in the Annual Action Plan to be contractually delegated and specify the obligation of the agencies receiving funds in meeting Federal, State and County requirements.
Fiscal Impact:

The total amount of funding for this agreement is not to exceed $30,000.00 during the term of the Agreement. Funding for this Agreement is included in the County’s FY19 Tentative Budget for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
