Summary:

Bayou Corporation owns the Ozona Shores Marina.  A two-story floating structure, reportedly owned by Martin Rubino, has been moored at this marina since the early 1990s.  This floating structure, which cannot be lawfully permitted, has fallen into a state of disrepair prompting complaints from nearby residents.  Both the marina owners and Mr. Rubino have been afforded an opportunity to remove the violation and have not done so.

This approval incudes bringing an action for injunctive relief against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action and remedy Code violations.
