It is further recommended the Clerk of the Circuit Court be authorized to record the resolution in the public records of the County.

Summary:
Approval of this resolution dedicates a portion of County owned property as public right-of-way (ROW).
Background Information:
The County purchased property in the Dansville area, including parcels on Oak Street, as part of a community development capital improvement project. As part of the Dansville area community improvements, infrastructure such as water and sewer lines, roadway and drainage improvements, have been installed by the County in this 10 feet of County owned property. Previous action by the Board conveyed six (6) parcels adjacent to this 10 feet County owned property to Habitat for Humanity as part of continued investments in the Dansville area. In an effort to make this 10 feet of County owned property contiguous with the public ROW of Oak Street, it is recommended that this 10 feet of County owned property be dedicated as public ROW.
