The Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement enables local governments to enter into a standard, all encompassing, compact for both giving and receiving assistance following a major disaster.
Background Information:
This is an update to an agreement that was approved by the Board on March 19, 2013.
The State requires a Resolution from the Board to indicate the agreement was adopted.
