The Second Amendment is an extension to the agreement for construction management services for the Terminal Improvements Phase 3 Project.

Contract services include, but are not limited to: general project administration and coordination during construction; conducting weekly project progress meetings and receive; review contractor pay requests; provide on-site inspection services; and perform quality assurance testing.

Background Information:

AID was part of the Board of County Commissioners award on October 16, 2012 for consulting services for five (5) Airport projects; AID was one of ten (10) consultants selected for task assignments.

The First Amendment, approved October 11, 2017 by the County Administrator, was the term extension as provided in the original Board award to continue construction management services through August 13, 2018.

On October 31, 2017, the Board of County Commissioners approved the notice of termination with the prior contractor.  The County subsequently re-advertised the construction project and awarded a contract to Walbridge on March 20, 2018.  AID will continue providing construction management services for the duration of the project.
