Background Information:

Michael Baker was part of the Board of County Commissioners (Board) award on October 16, 2012 for consulting services for five (5) Airport projects. Michael Baker was one of ten (10) consultants selected for task assignments.

The First Amendment was approved December 1, 2017 by the County Administrator as a term extension to continue construction administration services through July 29, 2018 as provided in the original Board award.

On October 31, 2017, the Board approved the notice of termination to the contract with the original contractor.  The County subsequently awarded a contract to Walbridge on March 20, 2018 to complete this project.  This extension is required so that Michael Baker may provide construction administration services to Walbridge through project completion

The extension with Michael Baker will be at the same prices, and conditions as awarded by the Board on March 15, 2016.
