Summary:
The project area in question involves land located north of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. North and east of Pine St. totaling approximately 3.7 acres. The map adjustment request involves the adjustment of the boundary lines between the Preservation and Residential Low Medium categories per a field review performed by the City Engineer and City Arborist and a storm atlas at 4th St. Pond.
Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 13-0 to recommend official acceptance of the map adjustment and staff concurs with this recommendation. The Planners Advisory Committee recommended official acceptance of this map adjustment by a vote of 11-0.
