Strategic Plan:

Deliver First Class Services to the Public and Our Customers
5.1 Maximize partner relationships and public outreach
5.2 Be responsible stewards of the public’s resources
5.3 Ensure effective and efficient delivery of county services and support
5.4 Strive to exceed customer expectations.

Summary:

The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) was to establish a contract for requirements of refurbished Philips HeartStart MRx Monitor/Defibrillators in order to increase the number of spare monitors to replace those out of service for repair and ensure uninterrupted field operations. The Emergency Medical Services Department (EMS) determined bid specifications were clinical in nature with too many requirements which limited competition. Therefore, a new solicitation will be released with revised specifications to entice competition.
