Summary:
The project area in question involves the adjustment of the boundary lines between the Preservation and Activity Center/Target Employment Center categories per an ecological assessment. It will include approximately 0.33 acre. Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 11-0 to recommend official acceptance of this map adjustment and staff concurs with this recommendation. The Planners Advisory Committee also unanimously recommended acceptance.
