Summary:

This amendment is necessary in order to extend the agreement from December 31, 2017 to October 1, 2020, and to update the contact information for each co-permittee.

 

Background/Explanation:

The original Agreement, approved by the Board of County Commissioners on December 10, 2013 and retroactive to an effective date of October 1 2012, replaced a previous agreement by adding a new component for biological monitoring as required by state and federal numeric nutrient criteria, and carried forward the cost sharing structure as established in previous agreements.
