Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt an ordinance approving Case No. 17-12, a proposal by Clearwater to amend the Countywide Plan Map from Office to Retail Low Medium, regarding 0.4 acres more or less, located at 3108 Downing Street (regular amendment).

Summary:

Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, vote 12-0 to recommend approval of the proposal and staff concurs with this recommendation. The Planners Advisory Committee unanimously recommend approval of this case (vote 11-0).
