Summary:
The Countywide Plan Rules provide for the annual update and filing of the Countywide Plan Map. The map has been updated to include all the amendments that have been approved by the Countywide Planning Authority through August 1, 2017.
Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 11-0 to transmit this item via Forward Pinellas Resolution No. 17-4 and recommended acceptance and filing. County staff concurs with this recommendation. The Planners Advisory Committee recommended acceptance by a vote of 8-0.
