The project area in question involves land at 910 S. Bayshore Boulevard totaling 0.61 acre. The map adjustment request involves the adjustment of the boundary lines between the Preservation and Residential Low Medium categories per a wetland delineation.
Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 11-0 to recommend official acceptance of the map adjustment and staff concurs with this recommendation. The Planners Advisory Committee recommended official acceptance of this map adjustment by a vote of 8-0.
