Adopt the resolution dedicating a portion of County owned property as public road right-of-way for the Sunset Point Road and North Betty Lane Intersection Improvement Project, PID No. 001018A.
It is further recommended the Clerk of the Circuit Court be authorized to record the resolution in the public records of the County.

Summary:
Approval of this resolution dedicates a portion of County owned property as public road right-of-way for anticipated intersection improvements for the subject project.
Background Information:
During the design of this project, it was determined that a portion of County owned property at the northwest corner of Betty Lane and Sunset Point Road is required to be used as public right-of-way in preparation of future construction activities, and declaring the portion as right-of-way will serve to set a portion of the County’s property aside solely for right-of-way purposes.
The County previously acquired this parcel in 2009 for roadway improvements on Sunset Point Road. The right-of-way requirements on the County owned parcel have been determined for this project. Dedication of the right-of-way will separate the required public road right-of-way from the remainder of the County owned parcel to allow for construction of a mast arm at the northwest corner of the intersection located at Betty Lane and Sunset Point Road.
