Background Information: Seven of the 13 members of the Council are individual appointments by each member of the Board of County Commissioners (Board). 

The other members are appointed by the organizations listed in Pinellas County Ordinance Section 70-403(a). The Board of County Commissioners approved the Ordinance creating the Council at its March 7, 2017 meeting.

The 6 organizations’ appointments are as follows:
     Jody Armstrong - Disability Achievement Center
     Angel Watson - Florida Gulf Coast paralyzed Veterans of America
     Jack Humburg - Boley Centers
     Richard LaBelle - Family Network on Disabilities
