Accept and approve the plat of Martins Glen Subdivision for recording from Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas County, Inc., located in Section 1, Township 31 South, and Range 15 East. In addition to the Chairman signing on behalf of the Commission, the Chairman shall also sign as the Mortgagee on the plat.
