Summary:

This is a civil action purporting to allege a claim for damages pursuant to Florida Statute 559.72, for acts and omissions arising from the attempt to collect a debt for the cost of providing ambulance transportation and emergency medical services to Plaintiff’s deceased husband.  

The County Attorney’s Office will bring all counterclaims, cross-claims, or third party claims as necessary or appropriate in the judgment of the County Attorney.
