Approve the appointment of Deborah “Deb” Bush to fill the vacant position of Janice “Nan” Bennett on the Technical Management Committee (TMC) as one of the two representatives for the County.

Summary:
Appoint Deborah “Deb” Bush, a long term County employee of Solid Waste, to fill the vacancy as a TMC representative of the County.
Background Information:
Section 106.54 of the County Code requires the TMC be composed of 13 members. The TMC shall be made up of County and Municipal representatives. The Board of County Commissioners is responsible for appointing the two County representatives. Ms. Bush is filling the vacancy of Janice “Nan” Bennett, P.E. who left County employment in August. The TMC reviews and proposes recommendations for management and operation policies of Solid Waste.
