Bid no. 156-0412-CP(DF) PID No. 000058A in the amount of $309,750.00 on the basis of being the lowest responsive, responsible bid meeting specifications. All work is expected to be completed within one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days. Chairman to sign and Clerk of Court to attest.

Summary:
The purpose of this project is to construct and install floating dock facilities on the Belleair Causeway. Construction of these new floating docks will provide the public with dock facilities that can be accessed in conjunction with the existing boat ramps. The new floating docks will also facilitate the efficient use of existing boat ramps for loading and unloading purposes.
Background Information:
Work consists of the design, fabrication, and installation of floating docks, ramps, pile guides, cleats, fendering, and the removal and disposal of the existing floating dock and temporary relocation of the existing metal gangway.
The dock facilities are budgeted as one of the planned capital improvement program infrastructure improvements for the Belleair Causeway Park.
Fiscal Impact:
Total expenditure not to exceed: $309,750.00
Funding for this project is derived from Vessel Registration Fees.
