Summary:
The Budget Amendment realigns $130 from the Reserves Program to the Transfers Program. Additional appropriation is required to transfer funds to the Pinellas County Property Appraiser due to higher than anticipated fees from the Pinellas County Tax Collector.
Background Information:
The FY 2016 budget for transfers to the Property Appraiser and the Tax Collector were a combined $4,010 based on estimated taxable values. Actual fees are higher than what was anticipated, due to higher property tax collections.
Fiscal Impact:
This amendment will transfer $130 from FSCSD Reserve for Contingencies to the FSCSD Transfers Program.
