This is a civil action brought by a former employee alleging employment discrimination and retaliation based upon race and disability in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Florida Civil Rights Act; the Americans with Disabilities Act; 42 U.S.C. § 1981 via 42 U.S.C. § 1983; and the Florida workers’ compensation statute.
