Summary:
On June 23, 2015, as part of Resolution No. 2015-62, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) authorized preparation of the Lealman Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Plan. Per Florida Statute Sec. 163.360(4), prior to its consideration of the CRA Plan, the Lealman Community Redevelopment Agency must submit the CRA Plan to the Local Planning Agency for review and recommendations as to its conformity with the Pinellas County Comprehensive Plan.
Background Information:
On June 23, 2015, as part of Resolution 2015-62, the BCC declared a need for the
creation of the Lealman Community Redevelopment Area Advisory Committee. The Lealman Community Redevelopment Area Advisory Committee recommended to approve and transmit the proposed Lealman Community Redevelopment Area Plan to the Lealman Community Redevelopment Agency during its April 18, 2016 public meeting.
