Background Information:

Various MHCs’ wastewater systems are outdated and problematic. Many assets within these systems fail and pose costly risks to the residents and adverse effects to the environment. Improvements made to the wastewater systems of these flood-prone communities will increase the reliability of service during typical conditions and increase the resilience during wet weather events.

The Purchasing Division issued an invitation to bid on April 23, 2024. Three submittals were received with award recommendation to Rowland DE LLC as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
