Bid No. 156-0086-B(JA) in the amount of $8,566,513.00 for sixty (60) months on the basis of being the lowest responsive, responsible bid received meeting specifications.

Summary:
This contract provides temporary staffing services for all County departments and agencies, except technology positions within Business Technology Services (BTS). Services include the hiring, administration, placement, and all other facets of employment services while providing the County a temporary employee for use to fill short-term vacant positions.
The proposed rates are very competitive, averaging 18% below the next lowest bidder.
Background Information:
On October 25, 2016 the Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Human Resources Department released an invitation to bid; seven (7) bid responses were received. This temporary staffing contract replaces the current contract which expires December 31, 2016.
Fiscal Impact:
Estimated sixty (60) month expenditure not to exceed: $8,566,513.00
Funding is derived from requisitioning departments’ operating budgets.
