• This subrogation settlement exceeds Human Resources’ approval limit of $25k.
• The above-referenced subrogation matter is being brought to the Board of County Commissioners for consideration in accordance with the Position Summary Event # 280409112. The indicated date of the accident is 05/31/25.
• The $71,250.00 in revenue from this settlement was unanticipated and not included in the Fiscal Year 2027 Adopted Budget for the Employee Health Benefits Fund.
Authorize the Chairman to approve and the Clerk of the Circuit Court to attest.
