• This contract provides security card access system and CCTV security camera system maintenance, installation, and repairs for the eighteen Utilities and Solid Waste Department sites on an as-needed basis.

Background/Explanation:
This contract was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on July 16, 2024, in the amount of $1,380,750.00.
This contract provides for installation, upgrades and repairs to current and new security card access system and closed-circuit television (“CCTV”) security camera systems on an as needed basis. The Utilities Department initiated this contract; however, services may be applied enterprise wide.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this amendment.
Total expenditure not-to-exceed: $1,380,750.00.
Delegated Authority:
Authority for the County Administrator to sign the first amendment is granted under Code Section 2-62(a)(2).
