Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the Third Amendment to the Agreement with Yellowstone Landscape - Southeast, LLC d/b/a Yellowstone Landscape (Yellowstone Landscape) for mowing services.
• The contract provides mowing services for the Real Property and Facilities Division.
• The Third Amendment removes two locations for mowing services in 1800 66th Street North, St. Petersburg and 5157 45th St. N. St. Petersburg. These location removals will decrease the contract in the amount of ($29,903.34).
• This contract was originally awarded by the County Administrator on October 2, 2019, in the amount of $751,311.80. Change Order No. 1 was approved by the County Administrator on March 12, 2020, to add funds in the amount of $20,640.00. The First Amendment was approved by the County Administrator on June 15, 2020, to add funds in the amount of $25,000.00. The Second Amendment added two locations and increased funds in the amount of $37.065.84.
• This contract is sufficiently budgeted for in the Department of Administrative Services’ FY24 Adopted Budget (Operating). Costs will be expensed from the General Fund.

Summary:
This contract provides mowing and landscaping services at County Facility and Real Property sites. Locations such as the Sheriff/Emergency Management building have occasional special events and ceremonies requiring additional mowing and/or landscape maintenance services outside the regular scheduled cycles.
The Third Amendment removes two locations to the contract for monthly mowing services: 1800 66th Street N., St. Petersburg and 5175 45th St. N., St. Petersburg for a decrease of $(29,903.34) through the remaining duration of the contract. Total decrease for this Third Amendment is ($29,903.34).

This contract was originally awarded by the County Administrator on October 2, 2019 in the amount of $751,311.80. Change Order No. 1 was approved by the County Administrator on March 12, 2020 in the amount of $20,640.00. The First Amendment was approved by the County Administrator on June 15, 2020 in the amount of $25,000.00. The Second Amendment was approved by the County Administrator on September 27, 2021 in the amount of $37,065.84.
