Approval and Execution by the County Administrator of the First Amendment to the Services Agreement with Questica Ltd. for Public Sector Budgeting Software, Implementation and Maintenance Cloud Based Services.
• This First Amendment allows for the purchase of 170 Custom Report Hours and 102 Upgrade Hours to complete recommended updates to the Budgeting Software.
• This First Amendment increases the contract in the amount of $61,200.00 which is within the County Administrator’s delegated authority under Code Section 2-62 (a)(2).
• Funding is derived from the department operating budget.
• This contract was awarded by the Board of County Commissioners on October 8, 2019, for a five-year term in the amount of $1,562,123.00.
