Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the First Amendment to the Agreement for a corporate name from CPH, Inc. to CPH Consultants, LLC.
• This contract provides continuing professional architectural services with eight (8) different firms on an as needed basis to include work associated with the County’s Capital Improvement Program or various operating and maintenance concerns as minor projects arise related to County’s facilities.
• This amendment recognizes a corporate name change of one of the firm’s from CPH, Inc. to CPH Consultants, LLC; all other terms of the agreement, including the Federal ID (FEIN) number, remain the same.
• The Board of County Commissioners awarded this contract on August 24, 2021 with eight (8) firms over a five (5) year duration with $700,000.00 awarded to each firm for a total amount of $5,600,000.00.
• This amendment has no fiscal impact.
Contract No. 21-0259-CN(PLU); upset limit over the five-year term is $700,000.00 for each firm for a total of $5,600,000.00. There is no fiscal impact associated with this corporate name change.

Summary:
Effective March 11, 2021, CPH Consultants, LLC registered as a Florida Limited Liability Company with the State of Florida Secretary of State’s Office.
This is a name change only, no assignment or transfer of authority has taken place; all other aspects of the current agreement shall remain the same.
Background/Explanation:
This contract provides continuing professional architectural services on an

Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this acknowledgement.
The upset limit over the five (5) year term of the contract is $700,000.00 for each firm for a total of $5,600,000.00.
Funding is derived from various Capital Improvement Programs budgets and/or operating budgets per individual work assignments on a multiple year/multiple work assignment basis.
