Summary:

Adoption of the proposed ordinance would amend Chapter 94, Article III to change the name of this committee to the Human Rights Board: change the membership of the committee given the Unified Personnel System no longer provides human resource administration to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office; change the title of the “Affirmative Action Officer” to “Director, Human Rights;” and make other, minor technical changes.
