Summary:
Plaintiff, Jean Ulloa, sued John R. Beach & Associates, Inc., and others, alleging professional negligence, negligence, and breach of contract arising out of the defendants failing to properly survey, partition and develop the plaintiff’s property in Tarpon Springs. Florida. John R. Beach & Associates, Inc. and John Beach (“Beach”) brought a Third Party action against adjacent property owners, Pinellas County and Mr. and Mrs. Warner, seeking a declaratory judgment alleging that the plaintiff’s lawsuit requires a determination of the boundary of the Ulloa property and will directly affect the boundaries of the adjacent County and Warner properties. Beach alleges that the County and the Warners are indispensable parties to the underlying action.
The County Attorney’s Office will bring all counterclaims, cross-claims, or third party claims as necessary or appropriate in the judgment of the County Attorney.
