Summary:
The purpose of the Effective Date Memorandum is to memorialize the date, July 1, 2018, of the Second Amendment to the Ground Lease Agreement by the Parties.
Background/Explanation:
In March of 2017 the Parties agreed to extend the Ground Lease Agreement for land provided by the City of St. Petersburg to the County for a radio communications tower as approved in Legistar Item 16-1005D. Subsequent to completion of the new tower, the City of St. Petersburg requested formal memorialization of the Ground Lease Agreement effective date.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no cost associated with the Effective Date Memorandum.
Delegated Authority:
Authority for the County Administrator to sign the Effective Date Memorandum is granted under Code Section 2-62(a)(1).
