Approval of Change Order No. 1 to the agreement with TLC Diversified, Inc. for sanitary sewer pump station repair, rehabilitation, and improvement projects for Fiscal Years (FY) 2024-2027.
• The purpose of this contract is to provide for repair, rehabilitation, and improvements to sanitary sewer pump stations at various locations throughout the County to minimize sanitary sewer overflows.
• This change order increases this contract by $2,750,000.00 and adds 365 consecutive calendar days for the FY 2027 projects.
• The County acquired the sanitary sewer system from the Town of North Redington Beach in December 2025. The FY27 contract extension will include upgrade of two existing pump stations paid for by the Town of North Redington Beach as part of the system transfer ownership agreement.
• The balance of the contract extension will be used to address pump stations elsewhere in the system which have been evaluated based upon age, condition, and need for repair.
• Funding for this change order is available under Pump Station Rehabilitations project 000964A, included in the FY26-FY31 Capital Improvement Plan, funded by the Sewer Renewal and Replacement Fund.
Bid No. 24-0073-ITB-C increase of $2,750,000.00 for a revised total not-to-exceed amount of $10,125,435.00 and add 365 consecutive calendar days, substantial completion date of May 22, 2028; Authorize the Chairman to sign and the Clerk of the Circuit Court to attest.
