Approval by the County Administrator of the final two (2) years of expenditures pertaining to the contract with Cigna Dental Health of Florida, Inc. (Cigna) for group dental fully insured benefits.
• This contract with Cigna provides fully insured dental health benefits to County employees and dependents.
• The Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved this contract on December 13, 2016 for a five (5) year term; however, pricing for the final two (2) years of premiums was not available
• This request is to approve the funding of premiums for years four (4) and (5).
