Summary:
This Agreement is for a period of twelve (12) months with a total not to exceed contract value of $148,627.00. The contract contains a provision for two (2) additional twelve (12) month extensions.
Background/Explanation:
As part of the Hexagon consolidated CAD (computer aided dispatch) project, this request is to purchase software that allows for real-time analysis of the location of fire department units in the field and detailed recommendations for unit "move-ups" between fire stations to improve coverage and reduce response times. In our current CORECAD software, the "move-ups" functionality has been designed/programmed in house by a computer programmer. Going forward with Hexagon, this functionality is not available out of the box and thus requires an integration with MARVLIS.

Total contract not to exceed: $148,627.00
Funding is derived from Safety & Emergency Services’ EMS Fund (1006) Operating Funds.
