• The Board approved the current Bylaws on April 27, 2021.
• The TDC discussed the proposed revisions on February 21, 2024, and had no objections.

Background Information:
The TDC Chair presented the proposed revisions on February 21, 2024, and received no objections from the TDC. If approved, the proposed Bylaws will allow the Board’s Vice-Chair to be an ex officio non-voting member of the TDC and learn about the operations and inner workings of the Convention and Visitors Bureau, prior to becoming TDC Chair in the following year. In addition to the above, other revisions include miscellaneous clarifications.
The current Bylaws were approved by the TDC on March 17, 2021, and by the Board on April 27, 2021.
