Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt an ordinance approving Case No. CW 19-21, a proposal by the City of Largo to amend the Countywide Plan Map from Public/Semi-Public to Residential Low Medium, regarding 0.39 acre more or less, located at 3093 Meadow View Avenue and 380 Fulton Drive Southeast, Largo.

 

                     The subject property is currently being used as a church parsonage on a broader church property. 

                     The owner is interested in selling the parsonage and developing a new one elsewhere on the property.

                     The subject property is considered conforming as a single ancillary dwelling unit and could be converted into a single-family residential property in the future.

                     Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each voted unanimously to recommend approval of this proposal.

Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 9-0 to recommend approval of the proposal.  The Planners Advisory Committee recommended approval of the case by a vote of 10-0.
