Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the First Amendment to exercise a contract extension with NDL, LLC d/b/a Natural Designs Landscaping (NDL) for facilities, landscape, and irrigation services.
• This contract provides landscape maintenance services at Pinellas County Utilities (PCU) facilities and properties throughout the County.
• This First Amendment exercises the first of two 24-month contract extensions per the original awarded agreement, adding $380,000.00 for a new contract total of $2,390,600.00.
• This request is budgeted for in the FY26 Budget of PCU in the Water Revenue and Operating Fund and Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund.
• Future funding will be dependent on the adoption of the annual County budget starting in FY27.
• The BCC approved this contract on May 9, 2023, for a contract total of $2,010,600.00.
