Summary:
This request is to reject bid submittals received for mowing services for Real Estate Management locations due to lack of competition; two bids were received. Although the specifications in the solicitation provided opportunity for small businesses to submit a bid, none were received. Research determined that one small business misunderstood the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program and another neglected to submit their bid.

On March 20, 2019, the Purchasing Department, on behalf of Parks and Conversation Resources released an invitation to bid for requirements of mowing services related to Real Estate Management locations.
