● This Amendment updates the composition of match contributions as approved by DCF to expand allowable in-kind match contributions to include personnel, operations, and other program-related expenditures. The total required in-kind match obligation has not changed. This administrative revision ensures continued compliance with DCF requirements.
● The TIEH Program provides coordinated services to individuals experiencing homelessness who have behavioral health needs, with the goal of improving housing stability and increasing access to treatment services. Boley Centers serves as the service provider responsible for delivering program services and coordinating support consistent with DCF grant requirements.
● On July 22, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners approved the original Subrecipient Funding Agreement with Boley Centers, item #25-0640A. The TIEH grant program is supported through collaborative funding efforts funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and the Criminal Justice Mental Health Substance Abuse Reinvestment (CJMHSA) Grant Program administered by the State of Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF).
