Recommended Action
Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the Third Amendment with Woolpert, Inc. for Implementation Services of the Cityworks Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System.
• This Fourth Amendment provides for a thirty (30) month extension to provide sufficient time to complete the added scope of work for EAM Post Go-Live Support.
• This Agreement provides for the implementation of Cityworks Enterprise Asset Management Solution, as well as the purchase of Cityworks licenses, maintenance, and support from Azteca Systems, Inc.
• There is no fiscal impact associated with this extension; existing funding will continue to be tracked in the BCC Strategic Projects cost center within the BTS fund.

Summary:
This Fourth Amendment provides a thirty (30) month extension to provide sufficient time to complete the added scope of work for EAM Post Go-Live Support. Woolpert and the County have recently completed a multi-year effort to configure and deploy Cityworks AMS environment for their five (5) operational departments.
Background/Explanation:
On June 21, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved this agreement in the amount of $6,547,551.94. On February 5, 2019, the First Amendment was approved by the Board which increased the contract in the amount of 4,554,973.06.
On October 12, 2021, the Second Amendment was approved for a time only extension allowing for the project completion date to be extended by twelve (12) months. On, August 19, 2022, the Third Amendment provided for a six (6) month time only extension to complete the added scope of work for EAM Post Go-Live Support.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact with this Fourth Amendment.
