Plaintiff alleges that the co-defendants erected a gate across a portion of Roberts Road, thereby purportedly impeding the Plaintiff’s access to its property. In this action for equitable relief and inverse condemnation, the Plaintiff requests that either the co-defendants or the County remove the gate.
The County Attorney’s Office will bring all counterclaims, cross-claims, or third party claims as necessary or appropriate in the judgment of the County Attorney.
