This is a civil action in which Plaintiffs allege negligence against the County. Plaintiffs seek monetary damages for personal injuries arising out of an alleged motor vehicle accident involving a vehicle occupied by the Plaintiffs and a Pinellas County vehicle driven by a County employee.
The County Attorney’s Office will bring all counterclaims, cross-claims, or third-party claims as necessary or appropriate in the judgment of the County Attorney.
